Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence with us. If there is a problem, or you have an issue with any item bought on our website, we will do all we can to find a mutually respectful solution.

In the unlikely event you receive a fault or incorrect product, please email us at info@mosaique.com.au within five days of receiving your purchase. Please include your full contact details and original order number as well as photos of the item being returned. Once assessed we will advise you in writing how to proceed.

Please choose your purchase carefully. We do not accept returns on sale items or for change of mind. We provide service within the spirit and rules as defined and laid out by The ACCC. A summary of these are on the Australian Competition and consumer Commision website:

We are not obliged to refund or replace an item if you change your mind. You can, however, choose either to obtain a refund or exchange if the following applies:

  • The item does not match the description or image shown.
  • The item is not ‘fit for purpose’ and cannot be used in the manner advertised. 
  • The item is unsafe or has manufacturing defects which would make it unusable.

Items being returned must be in the original condition and original packaging and returned to us by registered post. Items lost in transit are not refundable.
